What is your return/exchange policy?

Store Credit or Exchange - Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refund - Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the SAME STYLE only or store credit.

Please note that all garments need to be in original condition. Territory Tees will not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors.
• The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
• There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Tags are removed, altered or damaged.

This will be verified by our distribution center before a return can be processed.

Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

Please ensure that all of your order information is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request at support@territorytees.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
